To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date for instructions on how to return the product to us. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
For online shoppers who are not in the area, you can return or exchange your products via any carrier service of your choice to Mattress Miracle

For in-store shoppers or online sales close, please return your products in the store, and we are happy to exchange or refund on the spot.
After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product meets our return and exchange policy criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
Also, if the product has been damaged by the customer or if the customer has done anything to the product that renders it unsellable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This includes but is not limited to, accidental damage, misuse, and neglect.
