At Mattress Miracle, your satisfaction is paramount. Every eligible mattress comes with our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee: sleep on it at home, and if it is not the right fit, we will make it right. Here is exactly how it works.

Trial Period

• Duration: 60 days from the delivery date.
• Action: If you are unsatisfied, you may exchange the mattress within this period. Contact our team and we will guide you through it.

Product Eligibility

• Applicable products: Standard mattresses, including those with 10-year warranties.
• Exclusions: Custom size mattresses, clearance items, floor models, and "as-is" products.

Condition Requirements

• Mattress condition: Must be like-new, free of stains or damage. Use of a mattress protector is required.
• Sanitary requirement: Must be free from bed bugs and other pests.

Exchange Terms

• Limit: One exchange per purchase.
• No exchange fee. Purchasers are responsible for applicable delivery charges on the exchange.
• If a mattress of lesser value is selected, the difference is not refunded or credited.

Additional Requirements

• Proof of purchase: Required for all exchanges.
• Delivery and pickup: Customer covers related delivery fees.
• Proper foundation: Mattresses must be used on a suitable foundation; improper use may void the guarantee.
• Non-transferable: Only original purchasers can claim an exchange under this guarantee.
