Can I try a wide range of mattresses in one showroom?

Yes. The Mattress Miracle showroom in Brantford has Canadian-made mattresses from Sleep In, Restonic, Restonit, C.J. Mulholland, Natura, Sprout and SleepKing set up to lie on, plus adjustable bases you can raise and lower. Pocket coil hybrids, memory foam, latex and natural builds, and two-sided flippable mattresses are all on the floor at once, so you compare by lying down, not by reading.

Can I compare memory foam, hybrid, latex and innerspring in one place?

That is the point of the floor. An advisor will put you on one of each for the same position you sleep in, then narrow it down by what your back and shoulders tell you. Most people leave with a clear favourite inside half an hour.

Can I book an appointment so I am not rushed?

Yes. Book a showroom visit online or by phone, tell us what you want to try, and an advisor will have those beds ready and the time held for you. Walk-ins are always welcome too. We are a small family store, so you will not be competing with a crowd for attention.

Is the showroom low-pressure? Are your advisors on commission?

Nobody at Mattress Miracle earns commission. No quotas, no spiffs, no reason to steer you to a dearer bed. Our advisors will tell you when the mattress under the one you are looking at is the right one for you. If you would rather browse quietly first, say so and we will leave you to it.

Can I test Canadian-made mattresses that the big chains do not carry?

Yes. Most of our floor is Canadian-made lines that are not sold through big-box chains: Sleep In, Restonic and Restonit, C.J. Mulholland of Hamilton, Sprout, SleepKing and Natura. Sleep In and C.J. Mulholland ship from their factories directly to our store.

Can you narrow it down for me before I drive in?

Call 519-770-0001 any hour we are open and an advisor will walk the floor with you by phone, ask how you sleep and what you have now, and shortlist two or three beds to try. The online mattress quiz does the same in five minutes. Then you come in and lie on the shortlist.

Do you have starter mattresses that are still supportive?

Yes. For a first apartment or a student bed our advisors reach for the Sleep In Ortho Care, the Sleep In Comfort Sleep and the Restonic ComfortCare: Canadian-made pocket coil builds with 10-year warranties and the 60-Night Comfort Guarantee, priced so there is money left for a frame and sheets.

Can you tell me whether another store's deal is actually good?

Bring the quote or the spec sheet. An advisor will tell you what you are actually getting for the money, in coil count, foam density and warranty terms, and whether we have something comparable for less. If the other deal is genuinely better for you, we will say so.

Prices and value

Are your prices factory-direct or warehouse prices?

Sleep In and C.J. Mulholland mattresses come to us directly from their factories, and every price on our site is an everyday price with HST, delivery and removal listed separately so nothing is hidden in the number. We do not have a warehouse showroom; we have one store on West Street and prices set to sell on an ordinary Tuesday.

Do you run inflated fifty-percent-off sales?

No. The regular price is the real price. We do not raise a price before a sale so the discount looks bigger. When a sale runs, the percentage comes off the everyday price automatically, and it is the same in the store and online. The full rules are on our How Our Prices Work page.

Do you carry premium mattresses without luxury-brand markups?

Yes. Restonic Revive, Natura latex and wool builds, C.J. Mulholland hand-made mattresses and the SleepKing Husky Natural Life hybrid are all premium builds from makers most people have not seen advertised. You pay for the construction, not the advertising budget.

Which brands do you carry, and why not all the familiar names?

Every mattress we carry with a 10-year warranty is one we have watched last 10 years. Over 29 years we have been through nearly every brand, and any brand that would not stand behind its warranty, or did not get close to ten years, we stopped carrying. We would rather sell you the right mattress than a familiar name.

Can I upgrade from a cheap mattress to a mid-range one without overpaying?

That is most of what we do. Tell the advisor what the old bed was and what went wrong with it, and they will show you the build that fixes that specific problem, usually a Canadian-made pocket coil in the middle of the range. Ask about the bed under the one you are looking at; it is often the right answer.

Do you bundle a mattress, adjustable base and pillows?

We set up complete sleep systems, mattress, base, pillows and protector, and the advisor will quote the set together so you can see the whole number. Adjustable bases and split-king pairs are on the floor to try with the mattress you like.

What financing is there?

Online, Shop Pay Installments is offered at checkout through Shopify. In the store, ask about payment options when you are ready to buy.

Comfort guarantee, exchanges and returns

Is there a fee for a comfort exchange?

No exchange fee. Every eligible mattress carries the Mattress Miracle 60-Night Comfort Guarantee: one exchange per purchase, counted from the delivery date, with no fee for the exchange itself. You cover the delivery on the exchange, and a mattress protector must have been used. Custom cuts, clearance, floor models and as-is items are excluded.

How long is the trial?

Sixty nights at home, counted from delivery, on every eligible mattress. That is long enough for your body to settle into a new build before you decide.

Where is the return and exchange policy written down?

In plain words on our 60-Night Comfort Guarantee page and our Refund Policy page, and on every eligible product page. No hidden conditions beyond the ones listed there.

Do you stand behind your mattresses if there is a warranty problem?

Yes. We only carry makers that honour their warranties, and if something goes wrong you start with us, in the store or by phone, and we work it through with the manufacturer. Every mattress we sell carries the maker's full warranty, including custom cuts.

I want firm support with real pressure relief. How do you find that?

By lying down. Firm support comes from the coil or core; pressure relief comes from the comfort layer on top. A zoned pocket coil with a memory foam or latex comfort layer is usually where that combination lives, and the advisor will put you on two or three so you can feel the difference in your shoulders and hips.

What does medium firm mean on your site versus another site?

A 7 on a website is a 7 according to whoever wrote that page, and that person was not you. They do not know your weight, your sleep position or what you call firm. Treat any scale as a general idea. Give us the details, or lie on the mattress in the store, and we will tell you where it sits for your body.

Specs and Canadian-made

Do you give coil counts and foam densities?

Ask and you will get them for any mattress on the floor: the number of pocket coils in a queen, the foam density in the comfort layers, and what the cover is made of. Many of our product pages list them, and the advisor has the maker's spec sheet for the rest.

Can you compare Canadian brands honestly against imported ones?

Yes. Our floor is mostly Canadian-made, and we will tell you plainly where an imported build is fine and where the Canadian one earns its price, usually in the foam density and the warranty behind it.

Do you carry twin XL, split king and unusual sizes?

Twin XL and split king are regular stock and set up on adjustable bases. Anything else, including RV, boat, antique bed, bunk and built-in sizes, we cut to order in two to three weeks on Restonic, Restonit, C.J. Mulholland and Sleep In foam models, with every measurement confirmed by phone before cutting.

Are your bed frames sturdy?

The frames on our floor are solid wood and steel builds you can sit on and shake yourself before you buy, and we deliver and set them up with the mattress so they are assembled properly the first time.

Natural materials, allergies and low-VOC

What do you have for people worried about off-gassing or sensitivities?

Natural latex and wool builds with far fewer petroleum-based foams. The Natura Eco Brilliance and Eco Transcend on our floor are GOLS certified (Global Organic Latex Standard), and the rest of the Natura and latex line is built around natural latex and wool. The advisor will show you what each layer is made of.

Do you have low-VOC options for families with small children?

Yes. Sprout's Canadian-made kids and family line and the Natura latex builds are where we start for that question, and the two-sided flippable builds from SleepKing and Sleep In are the value pick for a child's room.

Which mattresses balance sustainability with comfort and durability?

Natural latex is the material that does both: it lasts, it is made from a renewable source, and it is comfortable without a thick foam layer. The Natura line and the SleepKing Husky Natural Life hybrid are the beds we point to.

Furniture and the whole bedroom

Can I buy a mattress and bedroom furniture together?

Yes. Bed frames, headboards, storage and platform beds, bunk beds and bedroom sets are on the floor and online, and we deliver and set them up with the mattress in one trip across Southern Ontario.

Do you sell living-room furniture?

We are a sleep store. We carry sofa beds, futons and lift chairs, not a full living-room showroom, and we would rather say that plainly than sell you a couch we do not know.

I am furnishing several bedrooms. How do I do that without overspending?

Tell the advisor which rooms are for whom. Kids and teens, guest rooms and cottages, and first apartments each have a short list of Canadian-made beds our advisors reach for, all with the 60-Night Comfort Guarantee, and the advisor will price the set of rooms together.

Who the store is good for

Do you help seniors and people with mobility concerns?

Yes. For an older sleeper the questions come first: how high is the bed off the floor, does the edge hold when you sit on it, and can you get in and out without a push. We measure from the floor up, pair the mattress with an adjustable base where it helps, and the store has a wheelchair entrance on the side of the building; call ahead and someone will meet you.

What do you have for bigger or taller people?

A firmer, denser build than the one that feels softest in the first thirty seconds. Softer is the wrong answer for a heavier sleeper because the comfort layer bottoms out within a year. The advisor will show you the builds with higher foam densities and reinforced coils, and the mattress will have a 10-year warranty we have watched hold up.

Which beds are best for couples who feel each other move?

Pocket coils, where each coil moves on its own, so one person getting up early does not wake the other. For couples who disagree on firmness, the Restonic Revive Reflections comes with split comfort, firm on one side and plush on the other in one mattress, or a split king on an adjustable base sets each side separately.

I have wide shoulders and hips. Who helps with comfort layer thickness?

An advisor on our floor, by watching you lie on your side on two or three builds. The right comfort layer lets the shoulder sink enough to keep the spine level without the hip dropping through; that is a fitting, not a number on a scale.

Is it my pillow or my mattress?

Bring your pillow. Lie on the mattress you are considering with the pillow you use, and the advisor will look at where your head sits. Often the mattress is fine and the pillow is the wrong height, and a pillow is the cheaper fix. We stock pillows in several heights for exactly that check.

Are you sleep specialists for serious back problems?

We are mattress fitters, not clinicians. If you have a diagnosis, bring your physiotherapist's or doctor's advice on firmness and position and we will match a mattress to it. What we can promise is honest fitting and a 60-Night Comfort Guarantee if the first choice is not right.

I sit on the edge of the bed a lot. Which mattresses hold up?

Ones with a reinforced edge or a zoned coil unit, and there are several on our floor. Sit on the edge in the store; if it folds under you there, it will fold under you at home.

Delivery, removal, buying from a distance, and reaching us

Who delivers, and do they set it up?

Our own white glove delivery across Southern Ontario, up to about three hours from the store: we bring the mattress in, set it up on the frame and take the packaging. It is $40 within 25 km of Brantford and $1 per kilometre beyond that, plus HST.

Do you take the old mattress away?

Yes, for $20, arranged with the delivery.

Can I buy from Mattress Miracle if I do not live near Brantford?

Yes. Call during store hours and an advisor will walk the floor with you by phone, then we deliver white glove across Southern Ontario. For Northern Ontario and Western Canada we ship rolled Sleep In mattresses by courier. The 60-Night Comfort Guarantee applies wherever we deliver an eligible mattress.

Can I reach a live person by phone before I visit?

Yes, at 519-770-0001, any hour we are open: Monday to Wednesday 10 to 6, Thursday and Friday 10 to 7, Saturday 10 to 5, Sunday 12 to 4. The founder still works the floor most days.

Are you a local independent or a chain?
