Mulholland and Sleep In foam lines, in two to three weeks, and we confirm every measurement by phone before anything is cut. Which of our mattresses can be made custom
Every line below ships from the factory to our floor, so a custom cut is a normal order for them, not a favour. Foam takes unusual shapes most easily. Coil builds are cut too, and we tell you on the phone if a particular shape will not work in coil.

Not on the list: Sprout and Natura mattresses are not cut to custom sizes, and pocket-coil models from other lines are quoted case by case. If you are not sure, send the measurements anyway and we will tell you what fits.

Measure the frame, platform or cavity the mattress has to fit, not the old mattress. Width, length and the depth you have room for. For boats and angled berths, sketch the corners.

We confirm by phone
An advisor calls back with a price and walks through every measurement with you before anything is cut. Nothing goes to the factory until you say the numbers are right.
Built and delivered
Two to three weeks. White glove delivery across Southern Ontario from $40, or pick it up on West Street. Foam models can roll and ship by courier further out.
