How Our Prices Work, and What They Do Not Include

Mattress shopping has trained people to expect a game: an inflated "regular" price, a permanent 50% off, a free television. We would rather tell you the number and what is behind it.

Our prices are everyday prices. We do not raise a price before a sale so the discount looks bigger; when a sale runs, the percentage comes off the everyday price automatically, and it is the same in the store and online. On top of the mattress price you pay HST, delivery if you want it ($40 within 25 km of Brantford, $1 per kilometre beyond that), and $20 if we take the old mattress away. Custom sizes are quoted individually. Every eligible mattress carries a 60-Night Comfort Guarantee with no exchange fee, and nobody on our floor earns commission.

Six rules we keep

No games, written down

The regular price is the real price

The number on the product page is what the bed sells for on an ordinary Tuesday. It does not go up in October so it can come down in November.

Sales are automatic and identical everywhere

No codes, no "ask for the manager's price". The discount shows in the cart online and on the till in the store, and it is the same percentage in both.

Non-commission floor

Nobody here earns more by selling you a dearer bed. Ask about the one under the one you are looking at; you will get a straight answer.

Delivery is a formula, not a negotiation

$40 covers Brantford and 25 km around it. Past that it is $1 per one-way kilometre, rounded to the nearest $5, plus $40 for GTA-core traffic. Plus HST.

Factory-direct where it is true

Sleep In and C.J. Mulholland ship from their factories straight to our floor. We say "factory-direct" only about those two lines.

We will talk you down

If a $700 bed is right for your body and your budget, we say so, and we will not steer you to the $2,000 one to prove a point.

About $370 to $1,000

6-inch and 7-inch Premium Foam, Borealis Gel, Sleep In Ortho Care, Paradise and Cool Breeze, C.J. Mulholland Series 5000 and 6000. Ten-year warranties on the coil builds. Honest, durable, and where most first apartments and guest rooms should shop.

Mid-range coil and hybrid

About $1,000 to $2,000

Sleep In Comfort Sleep, Sydney and Casey, Restonic ComfortCare and the Revive Marissa, SleepKing Husky. Heavier coil gauge, denser foam, reinforced centres. Where most couples and heavier sleepers end up.

Premium and natural

About $2,000 to $6,700

Restonic Revive Reflections, St. Charles and Elizabeth, Natura's Organic Line and Latex Line, Sprout two-sided latex. Natural materials, hand tufting, twenty-year materials in the latex builds. Worth it when you know why; we will tell you if you do not need it.

They are the everyday prices on the product pages. We do not raise a price before a sale so the discount looks bigger. When a sale runs, the percentage comes off the everyday price, automatically, and it is the same price in the store and online.
What does a queen mattress cost at Mattress Miracle?
From about $370 for a 6-inch foam to about $6,700 for a two-sided Sprout. Most people buy between $700 and $2,000. Every price is on the product page, and an advisor will tell you when the bed under the one you are looking at is the right one.
What is added on top of the mattress price?
HST, delivery if you want it ($40 within 25 km of Brantford, then $1 per kilometre; Toronto is $160), and $20 if we take the old mattress away. Nothing else. Rolled mattresses shipped by courier include shipping in the price shown.
Do you price match?
Bring the quote and ask. We will tell you honestly whether it is the same mattress, because model names change between stores, and what we can do. We do not promise a formula because we would rather not pretend two different beds are the same.
Can I pay over time?
Shop Pay Installments are offered at checkout through Shopify, where eligible. In store, ask an advisor.
What happens to the price if I exchange under the comfort guarantee?
You pay or are refunded the difference between the two mattresses at their everyday prices. There is no exchange fee.
