Phone walk-through, then delivery
Call during store hours. Tell us how you sleep, what hurts, who shares the bed and what you want to spend. An advisor walks the floor with the phone in hand and narrows it to two or three beds. We deliver white glove and set it up.

Order online, shipped rolled

This is the only option for Northern Ontario and Western Canada.
What white glove delivery costs
Order online and white glove delivery and setup is free on most orders, anywhere up to 200 km from the store. We bring the mattress in, set it up and take the packaging. Longer drives may carry a small extra fee for the crew going the distance; we confirm it when you book. The exception is a furniture order under $500, such as a bed frame or box spring on its own, which carries an $80 delivery charge.
