Matt is the content specialist at Mattress Miracle. He is not a sleep specialist and he does not fit customers to mattresses. What he does is sit with Brad, Talia, and Dorothy, ask the questions that customers ask in the showroom, and turn the answers into articles you can read at midnight when you are trying to figure out whether a topper will fix your sagging mattress or whether the pain you feel waking up is your bed or your shoulder.
Matt has worked in research, writing, and digital content for over a decade. His role at Mattress Miracle is journalistic: interview the experts, verify the claims against published sleep-medicine research where it applies, write in plain language, and stay out of the way of the actual expertise. When a technical claim appears in an article on this site, it is sourced from one of the Groses or Dorothy and signed by them in a quote block. When a research citation appears, it is a real paper from a real peer-reviewed journal (Kovacs et al. in The Lancet, Radwan et al. in Sleep Health Journal, and the Canadian Chiropractic Association are our most-cited sources).
Matt's job is to make sure nothing in an article is fabricated, every product link is one we actually stock, every price is current, and every claim a customer might read here is one Brad, Talia, or Dorothy would stand behind in person.
