Mattress Miracle Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most items ship within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. If an item is not in stock, it may take longer to ship. In those cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about any delay and provide an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Mattresses and large items ship via major carriers such as FedEx or Purolator.

  • When in stock, mattresses generally arrive within 5-10 business days after leaving our warehouse.

  • Bedding and accessories may ship separately and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping across Ontario for all mattresses.

  • Free standard mattress shipping across Canada, with custom quotes for remote regions upon request.

  • Any shipping fees for oversized or heavy products will be communicated before shipping.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes or some remote areas. Please include special delivery instructions at checkout if needed.

Damages and Lost Packages
Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact info@mattressmiracle.ca or 519-770-0001 right away if there are any issues.

  • Other provinces: 5-10 business days

United States Shipping (Bedding Only)

We ship bedding to the United States: duvets, pillows, sheets, and mattress and pillow protectors. Mattresses, bed frames, and adjustable bases are available in Canada only.

US bedding orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charge.
