The Exquisite is a 10-inch, Canadian-made gel memory foam mattress built for people who want real material quality without paying the top of the market. Medium-firm feel, multiple foam layers, removable zipper cover, and a 10-year non-pro-rated warranty. Available in Twin, Double, Queen, and King.
What Makes the Exquisite Worth Considering
The construction is layered in a way that makes the medium-firm feel work for a wider range of sleepers than a single-density foam would. At the top, a premium fabric cover with an easy-remove zipper sits over a layer of high-resilient soft foam. Below that, calm cooling gel does its job moderating temperature. The base is high-density bio soy foam, which gives the mattress its long-term support.
The honest note on temperature: gel memory foam sleeps cooler than traditional memory foam, but it isn't as cool as a pocket coil mattress with open airflow. If heat is your primary concern, we'd also show you the Cool Breeze and Glacier Peyto on the floor so you can feel the difference. The gel layer here makes a real difference, but it's not the same as a coil-based system with breathable channels.
Bio Soy Foam: The base layer is foam made partly with soy-based ingredients.
Who This Mattress Suits Best
Medium-firm is the most-used firmness across all sleep positions, which makes the Exquisite a strong choice for couples who can't agree, or for solo sleepers who shift between back and side during the night. Back sleepers tend to love it. Stomach sleepers appreciate the firmer base. Side sleepers under about 160 lbs usually find the cushioning adequate; heavier side sleepers may want to try the plush option first before deciding.
The removable zipper cover is genuinely useful. Every mattress needs a mattress protector regardless, but being able to remove and wash the cover separately is a practical bonus. Pair this with an adjustable base and you have a very capable sleep system that handles most needs without a luxury price.
Take the mattress quiz if you want a second opinion on whether medium-firm is the right call for your body and sleep style before you visit.
