Liverpool Upholstered Headboard

The Liverpool is a tufted headboard from Julien Beaudoin - Canadian made with a classic button-tufted design that adds some visual interest without going overboard. The tufting creates subtle shadows that make the headboard look more substantial than a flat panel.

Like other Beaudoin pieces, this comes in 14 fabric options. The polyester upholstery is durable and spot-cleans well. If you want something with a bit more character than a plain rectangle, this is worth considering.

Installation

Mounts to standard bed frames. Hardware included. The tufted design is sewn in - buttons won't pop off with normal use.

Questions About the Liverpool Headboard

How is this different from the Jane headboard?
The Liverpool has button tufting for a more traditional look. The Jane is a smooth, curved panel - cleaner and more modern. Same quality, different style.

Will the tufting collect dust?
A little, in the button divots. A vacuum with a brush attachment handles it. Not a major maintenance issue.

Can I see the fabrics before ordering?
Yes - we have swatches at our Brantford store (441 1/2 West Street). The greys especially can look different in person than on screen.

Is this comfortable to lean against?
Yes. The padding is thick enough to sit up against comfortably for reading or watching TV.
