Fourteen inches is a lot of mattress, so it's fair to ask what all that height is actually doing. The Eco Transcend is the deepest model in Natura's Organic Line, built around two full 2 inch layers of NaturaLatex stacked one on top of the other before you even reach the coil system underneath. That's not padding for padding's sake, it's a genuine hybrid build: wool and latex on top for feel and breathability, coils below for support and airflow.

Working from the top down, the wool under the cotton ticking pulls moisture away from the body and helps keep you from overheating through the night. The two 2 inch latex comfort layers are what give this model its extra depth, and the 9.5 inch NaturaCoil core underneath is what keeps the mattress from feeling like it's all cushion and no backbone. It is the deepest hybrid in the Organic Line, and the whole build is backed by a 20-year warranty.
Why the materials matter
Every Natura Organic Hybrid model, including this one, uses the same cotton, wool and latex as the rest of the line.
If you tend to sleep warm, or you like the feeling of settling in a little before you land on firmer support underneath, the double latex comfort layer here is worth lying down on in person. Fourteen inches of hybrid construction can feel different than it reads on paper.
