Shop mattress protectorsThe Ortho Comfort is a two-sided Canadian pocket coil mattress. It is flippable, Medium Firm on both sides, and built here in Canada by Sleep In Mattress. The 900-coil tri-zone pocket coil system uses 1.8mm wire in the head and leg zones and steps up to 2.0mm in the lumbar zone, giving the middle third of the mattress a firmer, more targeted response right where your back needs it most.
Both sides are finished with a Euro top: 15 oz hollow fiber fill quilted in a continuous pattern, over 1¾ inches of medium firm foam. The 4 inch hard foam perimeter encasement keeps the edges solid all the way around, which makes a difference whether you are sitting on the side of the bed in the morning or using the full surface without feeling like you might roll off. Navy designer edge tape runs the border of both sides.
Flipping a mattress on a regular schedule is one of the best things you can do for its lifespan. With two identical sleep surfaces, you double the usable wear before the mattress has settled into a single position. Canadian made. CertiPUR-US certified foams.

Is this mattress actually flippable?
Yes. Both sides are built identically, with the same Medium Firm Euro top construction. Flipping on a regular schedule, roughly every three to six months, distributes wear evenly and helps the mattress hold its shape longer. It is one of the simplest things you can do to get more years out of a mattress.
What does "Tri Zone" mean?
The 900-coil pocket coil unit is divided into three support zones. The head and leg zones use 1.8mm gauge coils, and the middle lumbar zone steps up to 2.0mm. The thicker gauge in the lumbar area gives firmer, more targeted support for your lower back, where most people need it most.
What firmness is the Ortho Comfort?
Medium Firm on both sides. It sits right in the middle of the comfort range, which makes it one of the more versatile options we carry. A comfortable match for back, stomach, and side sleepers.
