Will Queen sheets fit a Double bed?
The flat sheet will work (just tuck it in more). The fitted sheet will be too loose and baggy. It won't stay tight. Always buy Double/Full fitted sheets.
What size pillows do I need?
Standard size pillows (20" x 26") are perfect. Two of them fit perfectly across the 54-inch width of a Double bed. Queen or King pillows will hang off the edge.
Can two adults sleep in a Double bed?
Yes, but it's "cozy." It was the standard for couples until the 1950s. It works well for occasional guest use or smaller couples.
Do you sell "Double XL" bedding?
Double XL is very rare. If you have a custom size, we can help you order custom linens, but standard Double sets won't fit the length.
