Helix asks you questions about your sleep position, body type, firmness preference, temperature preference, and any pain issues. The quiz then recommends one of their six models (or the Midnight model, which is the most popular default). It is a smart marketing tool that reduces the overwhelming feeling of choosing a mattress online.
In reality, the quiz sorts you into pre-existing products. It is not truly custom-built for you. But it does a reasonable job of matching common sleep profiles to appropriate firmness levels, which is more guidance than most online brands offer.
