How courier delivery works
The mattress arrives wrapped and compressed. Unroll it on your bed frame, let it expand for 24 to 48 hours, and ventilate the room while it airs out. The courier leaves it at your door; carrying it upstairs, setting it up and disposing of the old mattress are on you. A rolled queen is easier to move than a full-size one, which is the trade-off that makes courier shipping possible in the first place.
What does not ship to Northern Ontario
The full-size Sleep In line (Amenity, Velvet Rose, Esha, Whitney, Dream Catcher and the rest) and the Restonic ComfortCare and Revive lines do not compress, so they travel on our own truck. Those runs cover Brantford and Southern Ontario. If you have family or a second address in Southern Ontario, we can deliver there.
