Some policies also require the original packaging for returns. With a compressed box mattress, this is essentially impossible since you destroyed the box opening it. Clarify whether this requirement exists before you recycle the packaging.

Delivery Timelines in Canada

Online orders from Canadian warehouses usually ship within 5 to 10 business days. Cross-country shipments can take 10 to 21 days. During peak periods like Boxing Day or back-to-school season, add a few extra days.
