Costco's mattress selection rotates, but their core offerings in Canada as of early 2026 fall into a few categories. Let me line them up against Sleep In at comparable price points.

At every price tier, Sleep In either matches Costco on price or comes close while adding either flippable construction, pocket coil support, or premium materials like copper infusion and latex that Costco models at the same price do not include.

The Flippable Advantage: Why Two Sides Matter

This is the single biggest differentiator between Sleep In and anything Costco sells. No Costco mattress in Canada is flippable. Not one. And that matters more than you might think.

A flippable mattress has comfort layers on both the top and bottom surfaces. You sleep on one side for six months, then flip it over and sleep on the other. This does two things that directly affect how long the mattress lasts and how well it supports you:

Here is a practical way to think about it. The Sleep In Dream Catcher at $750 is roughly the same price as a Kirkland Signature hybrid at Costco. Both are decent mattresses. But the Dream Catcher gives you two sleep surfaces. Most Costco mattress brands manufacture overseas or in the United States. Novaform is made by Innocor, which manufactures primarily in the US and China.
