If you use a standard King fitted sheet on a Split King bed, the moment one person hits the "Zero Gravity" button, the sheet will stretch and pop off the other person's mattress.
You must use two separate fitted sheets. However, most couples still want to share a top sheet and comforter so it feels like one bed, not two twin beds pushed together.

A Split King set is a hybrid.
The Bottom: Two Twin XL fitted sheets (39" x 80"). Note the "XL." Standard Twin sheets are too short and will snap off.

Can I use two regular Twin sheets?
No. Regular Twin sheets are 75 inches long. Adjustable bed mattresses are 80 inches long (Twin XL). The regular sheets will not fit.
Do you sell Split Queen sheets?
Split Queen (two 30" x 80" mattresses) is a very rare size. We can special order them, but we highly recommend couples choose Split King instead for easier bedding availability.
How do I keep the mattresses from separating?
Use a "bed bridge" connector or simply a tight King mattress protector over both beds to hold them together (if you don't adjust them often). Otherwise, the non-slip surface on the adjustable base usually holds them firm.
Are Split King sheets expensive?
They cost slightly more than standard King sets because they include an extra fitted sheet (more fabric and elastic).
