Brad had watched too many customers walk into corporate chains looking for a good night's sleep and walk out with whatever mattress paid the highest commission that month — not the one their body actually needed.

He opened Mattress Miracle as a family-owned, no-commission alternative. No quotas. No pressure. No salesperson steering you toward the model with the biggest spiff. Just honest advice and a careful match between you and the right mattress for the way you sleep.

Nearly three decades later, Brad still works the floor most days, drawing on more than 40 years of mattress industry experience to help Brantford families sleep better — the same way he set out to do in 1997.
