At 691 square feet total, a 1-bedroom unit will have a bedroom in the range of 9.5-11 square metres (approximately 100-120 square feet) after accounting for the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. The end units at 751 square feet allow slightly more generous proportions.

Back-to-Back Townhomes (1,458-1,519 sq ft)

Back-to-back townhomes are attached units that share a common wall at both the front and back of the structure, rather than just one side as in a conventional row townhome. They are multi-storey (typically 2-3 floors), have no rear yard exposure (the back wall is shared with the neighbouring unit), and the living space is distributed vertically.

At 1,458-1,519 square feet, the back-to-back units are significantly more spacious than the stacked ones. Bedroom areas in a 1,400+ square foot multi-storey townhome typically allow a proper master bedroom in the 12-16 square metre range on the upper floor, with additional bedrooms on other levels.

This is standard for this type of community.

The specific parking arrangement -- how many assigned spaces are included with each unit, whether visitor parking is metered or fee-based, and the rules for delivery vehicles -- is determined by the condominium corporation documents and the Disclosure Statement for the development. Mattress Delivery: What to Know Without a Garage

Townhome communities without attached garages require a different approach.

For stacked townhomes, the entry point is typically through the front door directly from the common walkway or parking area.
